For the last three years we have had the great priviledge of welcoming the team of Kawai UK, accompanied by their 9’6” EX-Shigeru concert grand piano and a great number of grand and digital pianos throughout our festival venues. We are exceptionally honoured to welcome from Japan, the gentleman who handbuilds the 10 Shigeru’s produced each year, who is a total master at his work and here ensures that the Shigeru delivered to our Winter Gardens stage is in totally tip top condition and finely tuned before each performance.

The owners of the Spyglass Inn and the Met Wine Bar on Ventnor Esplanade are amongst the most celebrated hostelries of the Isle of Wight and certainly a major part of anyone’s visit to this town. Every year, the charismatic Boathouse at the Spyglass Inn becomes a venue for the Jazz Festival and the owners, who support live music all year around in the Spyglass, contribute to the costs of operating the jazz festival in the town.
The Island’s premier 4* hotel is here in Ventnor and hosts a weekend residents only jazz dining package every year and is a stylish base from which to stroll down to the jazz festival venues. The hotel pays for its own acts and overheads in the hosting of this part of the festival.
Isle of Wight vineyard near Ryde producing a range of red, white and sparkling wines as well as fruit liqueurs and fruit juices all freshly pressed and made on the premises. Rosemary Vineyard are involved in the operation of our Jazz Village bars which also provides a promotional opportunity for these lovely English wines and locally grown and pressed juices.
A key component of any sucessful festival is the sound and stage management crew. Our crew are Island based, mostly in Ventnor and they really understand the world of music, events and musicians. The Widget Productions team help us to help everyone.

We welcome all media partners who can help us to promote live jazz and let jazz lovers know the dates and the line up for the Isle of Wight International Jazz Festival each year.
